To get a perfectly fitting strap, several pieces of information must be checked before ordering: the exact model of your watch, the lug width, and your wrist circumference. These measurements allow you to select the correct attachment width and a comfortable length.

How to measure your watch strap width?

The strap width corresponds to the inner distance between the two lugs of the case, at the precise point where the strap is attached. This measurement should be taken in millimeters.

1. Remove the watch strap when possible.
2. Measure the inner space between the two lugs with a precise ruler or a caliper.
3. Do not measure the total width of the watch case.
4. Indicate the exact measurement obtained, for example 18 mm, 20 mm, 21 mm or 22 mm.

You can also measure the width of your old strap at its attachment point to the case. On some straps, this dimension is directly indicated on the back.

How to correctly measure your wrist circumference?

1. Use a flexible tape measure.
2. Place it around your wrist, exactly where you usually wear your watch.
3. Keep the tape flat against the skin, without tightening it excessively.
4. Take the measurement in millimeters for greater precision.
5. Provide your actual wrist circumference without adding any extra margin.

If you do not have a tape measure, wrap a strip of paper or a non-stretchable string around your wrist. Mark the crossing point, then measure the length obtained with a ruler.

Custom FKM rubber strap

The stainless steel strap offers an elegant style and excellent durability. Its length can be adjusted to the wrist by removing or adding links, then refined thanks to the micro-adjustment positions available on some clasps.

For a steel bracelet, indicate the exact watch model, the attachment width, and your wrist circumference. The shape of the end links can vary depending on the cases, so an identical width does not always guarantee compatibility with all watches.
