RETURN, REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

1. Product Warranty

The products sold on the website masar-shop.com, operated by TIMED, benefit from the applicable legal warranties.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or incorrect handling of the product.

The warranty does not apply in particular in the following cases:

  • damage resulting from an accident
  • intervention or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party
  • presence of rust linked to inappropriate use
  • product damaged or altered after delivery
  • skin reactions related to improper maintenance or individual sensitivity

2. After-Sales Service

After-sales service is provided exclusively by TIMED.

Any product requiring service must be sent to the following address:

Shipping costs for sending the product to the after-sales service are borne by the customer.
Return shipping costs after service are covered by TIMED.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers located within the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

For customers located outside the European Union, a period of 30 calendar days may be granted.

The product must be returned:

  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • complete

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another payment method.

5. Refusal Conditions

The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • incomplete products
  • damaged products
  • products showing signs of abnormal use

8. Customer Responsibility

In the event of withdrawal, the customer is liable for any depreciation in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
