François-Henri Bennahmias, former iconic CEO of Audemars Piguet, is returning to the watchmaking world with the launch of N3W5, a new luxury watch brand conceived as a modern, collaborative and forward-looking project.
With N3W5, pronounced "News", François-Henri Bennahmias aims to offer a new vision of haute horlogerie. The brand highlights the savoir-faire of the artisans, designers, engineers and specialists who contribute to the creation of an exceptional watch.
A collaborative approach to watchmaking
N3W5 is not presented as a traditional watchmaking house. The project is based on a network of skills bringing together various experts in the sector: design, movement development, component manufacturing, finishing, design and artistic craftsmanship.
The objective is to highlight all the stages of creating a timepiece, by giving a central place to the often invisible crafts that make up the richness of Swiss watchmaking.
Two first collections expected
The first N3W5 watches are expected to be unveiled at Dubai Watch Week. Two lines have been announced: a collection with a round case and another with a cushion case. The models will be equipped with exclusive mechanical movements, with a high-end positioning.
The announced entry price of around 20,000 Swiss francs confirms N3W5's ambition to establish itself in the world of independent haute horlogerie.

After having marked the recent history of Audemars Piguet, François-Henri Bennahmias is opening a new chapter with N3W5. His new brand seeks to combine innovation, prestige, authenticity and the highlighting of the talents that shape tomorrow's watches.
