⏱ Hourly rate

• €140 excluding VAT/hour in the European zone

• €160 to €180 excluding VAT/hour for work outside Europe

💶 Fixed support costs

• €500 excluding VAT minimum (travel, logistics, coordination), even without follow-up to the repair

Billed with a 20% margin (management, coordination, responsibility):

• Accommodation

• Meal

• Local transport (Uber, VTC, Taxi)

• Transport insurance, depending on the declared value:
  • 0.5% for watches ≤ €100,000
  • 1% between €100,000 and €500,000
  • 2% above €500,000

• Billed according to the technical estimate established by the approved workshop

• Margin applied:
  • 10% for watches < €100,000
  • 15% for watches > €100,000
