The Seiko 3023-24T is an official rechargeable capacitor (or Kinetic battery ) designed for Seiko Kinetic watches. It stores the energy generated by the rotor to power the quartz movement, ensuring long-lasting accuracy and extended battery life.

- Technology: Kinetic – mechanical energy converted into electricity.
- Type: Rechargeable lithium-ion capacitor / battery.
- Nominal voltage: 2.4 V.
- Full reference: Seiko 3023-24T (or 302324T).
- Replaces: 3023-34Z and 3023-44Z depending on the model.
Never use a standard battery instead, as this will damage the Kinetic circuit.

Installation and Commissioning
